Cleansing – Day 3

An uneventful day today. Urinating more often than usual such as getting up in middle of night and going more than once throughout the day. Not as many stomach pain as yesterday but the cravings are still noticable. Had a few errands today so that distracted me from most of the hunger pangs. Drank all the lemonade I made on day 1 and made a fresh batch tonight. That should get me trough tomorrow and part of the next day.

Lemons are very expensive right now. I was running around from grocery store to grocery store today trying to finding some half decent ones. The diet suggest using organic lemons but past experience showed me that the regular ones worked well.

No bowel movement today and no urge to do so either. I will have to start thinking about doing a flush with the salt bath if don’t start eliminating more often. I’ve done the salt water flushes before, I they are gross! I am not looking forward to having to do that. Oh! I almost forgot. . .no headaches today.
